Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Whether you’re in Lagos, London, or Los Angeles, we’ll make sure your Dress Me pieces reach you wherever you are. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured, we deliver with care and reliability.
How long does order processing and shipping take?
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Domestic Shipping (within the country): 1–2 business days
- International Shipping: 3–7 working days
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is processed and shipped. This email will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?Item #4
If you’d like to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us via email or Direct message as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds or exchanges are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
